What will you do?

As an intern within the Accounts Payable team, you will support the daily financial administration. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily AP mailbox: reviewing incoming invoices, sorting them, and keeping the inbox organized and up to date
  • Processing and registering incoming supplier invoices for multiple entities
  • Supporting the month-end closing process
  • Assisting with various improvement projects within the Shared Service Center (SSC) team

What are we looking for?

 

  • You are currently enrolled in an MBO program in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You work accurately and in a structured way
  • You are proactive and eager to learn
  • Basic knowledge of financial administration is a plus
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
